Marshall I. Goldman is an associate of the Russian Research Center, Harvard University, He has visited the Soviet Union three times. Mr. Goldman is the author of Soviet Marketing: Distribution in a Controlled Economy (New York: Free Press-Macmillan, 1963), Soviet Foreign Aid (New York: Frederick A. Praeger, 1967), and the forthcoming Economic Myth and Reality in the Soviet Union (Englewood Cliffs, N.J.: Prentice-Hall). He is also the editor of Comparative Economic Systems: A Reader (New York: Random House, 1964).
