Political Trends in Iraq and Kuwait

Majid Khadduri was born and educated in the Middle East. In the United States, he has taught at the University of Indiana and the University of Chicago. Mr. Khadduri has written widely on the Middle East; among his most recent books are Independent Iraq (2d edition; London: Oxford University Press, I960), Modem Libya (Baltimore: Johns Hopkins Press, 1963) and The Islamic Law of Nations (Baltimore: Johns Hopkins Press, 1966).
