Leland Stowe, crack foreign correspondent for The Chicago Daily News has covered this war for the past seventeen months in various parts of Europe and has made several sensational scoops. The most famous of his heats was his reporting of Fifth Column activities leading to the betrayal of Norway. His most recent assignment was that of covering the Italian-Greek war in Albania.
