The Three Guianas

Thomas Mathews is a professor of social sciences at the University of Puerto Rico. He is the author of Puerto Rican Politics and the New Deal (Gainesville: University of Florida Press, 1960), and is the principal contributor to Politics and Economics in the Caribbean (Rio Piedras: Institute of Caribbean Studies, University of Puerto Rico, 1966).
