Arthur W. Wright is completing a doctoral dissertation on Soviet investment policy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He spent a year as a research student at the London School of Economics on a foreign area fellowship before going to Oberlin in 1964·. Early in 1966) he served as a consultant to the Justice Department in a mineral depletion allowance tax case.
