In addition to his duties as director of the institute, Kurt L. London is a professor of international affairs at The George Washington University. He has served in the United States Office of War Information and the Department of State, Mr. London has written many books and articles on foreign policy, including The Making of Foreign Policy: East and West (Philadelphia: Lippincott, 1965), and is editor of the forthcoming Eastern Europe in Transition (Baltimore: Johns Hopkins Press, 1966).
