Cecil V. Crabb, Jr. has taught international relations and American foreign policy at Vassar since 1952. He is the author of Bipartisan Foreign Policy: Myth or Reality? (New York: Harper & Row, 1957), American Foreign Policy in the Nuclear Age (2nd ed.; New York: Harper & Row, 1965) and The Elephants and the Grass: A Study in Non-Alignment (New York: Praeger, 1965). He recently served as editor for a special study on onalignment in the November, 1965, issue of The Annals of the American Academy of Political and Social Science.
