French Military Policy Available to Purchase

Elizabeth Stabler was research assistant to Dr. Arnold Wolfers at the Washington Center for Foreign Policy Research, during 1962 and 1963. She has been an instructor in the government departments at Barnard College and George Washington University. Her special interests are French foreign and military policies, as well as problems involving the NATO Alliance.
