Brian Weinstein taught at die Ecole Superérieure d’Administration in Guinea before joining the faculty of Tuskegee Institute. He has done field work in Gabon and other of the French-speaking states of Africa and is the author of two monographs published by Boston University (Training Programs in France for African Civil Servants and African Schools of Public Administration). Mr. Weinstein is currendy at work on a book about Gabon.
