Thailand, Laos and Cambodia: A Decade of Aid

Prior to joining the University of Pittsburgh in 1963, Alvin Roseman had 30 years of experience in the administration of local, state, federal and international programs. He has served overseas as United States Representative to the United Nations agencies at Geneva, Deputy Chief of the American Economic Mission to Greece, Chief of the United States Operations Mission in Cambodia, Regional Director of the International Cooperation Administration for the Far East and Assistant Director General of UNESCO.
