India and Pakistan: The Major Recipients

Norman D. Palmer is chairman of the International Relations Graduate Program at the University of Pennsylvania and of the Friends of India Committee. A contributing editor of Current History and a member of the editorial board of Orbis, Mr. Palmer has lived in India and has been a frequent visitor to South Asia. He is the author of numerous publications on India and South Asia, the most recent being South Asia and United States Policy which is scheduled for publication in January, 1966, by Houghton-Mifflin Company.
