Soviet Trade and Aid

Since 1952, Milton Kovner has served the United States government in various capacities as a specialist on the U.S.S.R.; in 1962, he was a Research Associate with the Russian Research Center at Harvard University. He is the author of The Challenge of Coexistence (Washington, D.C.: Public Affairs Press, 1961).
