Soviet Foreign Policy: A Broad View

David T. Cattell has been Acting Director of the Russian and East European Studies center at U.C.L.A. since 1959. He has traveled widely in East and West Europe and in the Soviet Union where he was an exchange professor at the University of Leningrad in 1962. Mr. Cattell is author of several books on various aspects of Soviet affairs and co-author of Control of Foreign Relations in Modern Nations (New York: Norton, 1957).
