The Right to Strike

Philip Taft has been on the faculty at Brown University since 1937. He has also served on government wage boards and as chairman of the Commission to Investigate the Workmen’s Compensation System. Mr. Taft is the author of several books, the most recent of which is Organized Labor in American History (New York: Harper & Row, 1964), and has written articles for the American Economic Review and the Industrial and Labor Relations Review, among others.
