Albert A. Blum served as a labor relations specialist for the National Industrial Conference Board from 1956 to 1958 and, before joining the staff at Michigan State University,he taught at New York University (1958-1959) and Cornell University (1959—1960.) Mr. Blum is a frequent contributor to periodicals. In the spring of 1963, he lectured on the American labor movement at the Salzburg Seminar in American Studies.
