Europe Moves Toward Unity

Gordon L. Weil, in addition to his duties for the European Community, is Professorial Lecturer in International Law at American University in Washington, D. C. Prior to joining the European Community, Mr. Weil taught political science at Rutgers and at Drew. He is editor of the Almanac of Current World Leaders; author of several magazine articles and of The European Convention on Human Rights: Background, Development and Prospects (Leyden:Sijthoff, 1963).
