The Election of 1916

James A. Huston, in addition to his duties at Purdue University, has held the Ernest J. King Chair of Maritime History at the U.S. Naval War College (1959–1960) and served as a NATO fellow in 1963–1964. His most recent book is Across the Face of France: Liberation and Recovery, 1944–63 (Lafayette, Indiana: Purdue University Studies, 1963).
