China’s Relations with Her Asian Neighbors

David P. Mozingo is a specialist on Communist China at The RAND Corporation. After military service as a Chinese interpretertranslator, Mr. Mozingo completed graduate studies at U.C.L.A. and further training in Indonesian language and political affairs at Cornell University. He was recently awarded ,a Ford Foundation grant for field research in Hong Kong and Indonesia.
