Biological and Chemical Weapons

Robert L. Pfaltzgraff, Jr., in addition to his position at the Foreign Policy Research Institute, is Assistant Editor of Orbis and a member of the Political Science faculty at the University of Pennsylvania. He was awarded a Penfield Fellowship for the 1962–1963 academic year, to pursue a study of British foreign policy and European integration, and recently returned from Europe after further research on this topic.
