Professor of History, Georgetown University
Carroll Quigley has been writing for Current History since 1958. He was a consultant to the Congressional Select Committee on Astronautics and Space Exploration which created NASA and inaugurated the American Space effort in 1958. At present he is serving as Consultant to the Navy Department’s Advanced Seabased Deterrence Summer Study at Monterrey, California. His two-volume work, Tragedy and Hope: The World in Our Time, will be published by Macmillan in 1965.
