The Nuclear Test Ban Treaty

Richard S. Preston, in addition to his other duties, is Chairman of the Chicago Chapter of the Federation of American Scientists. He received his B.A. and M.A. from Wesleyan University and, in 1954, Mr. Preston won his Ph.D. in Physics from Yale University. He worked there on the staff of the Geochronometric Laboratory until joining the Argonne National Laboratory in 1955.
