M. V. Pylee is a director on the staff of the Administrative Staff College of India.He has taught at the universities of Lucknow, Patna and Delhi andwas head of the department of economic administration in the Delhi School of Economics at Delhi University. Dr.Pylee, who collaborated with Columbia University on a project on international joint business ventures as director of the area study on India, is the author of India’s Constitution at Work (1955);Constitutional Government in India (1960); and India’s Constitution (1962).
