A Testing Ground in Colombia

John M. Hunter, now on leave in Argentina, is a Professor of Economics at Michigan State University. While associated with Michigan State he has had overseas assignments in Vietnam, Colombia and Argentina. He has contributed to numerous publications and his most recent book, Emerging Colombia, was published in 1962.
