The Territory of South West Africa

Ronald B. Ballinger is a Research Associate of the South African Institute of International Affairs; previously he taught at Oxford University in England. In 1961-1962, he was visiting John Hay Whitney-Fulbright lecturer to the United States; in 1962, he was a visiting scholar at the Center for International Affairs, Harvard University. Mr. Ballinger is author of South West Africa: The Case against the Union.
