Aristide R. Zolberg, in addition to his duties as professor, is a member of the Committee for the Comparative Study of New Nations at the University of Chicago. He is the author of One-Party Government in the Ivory Coast and a number of articles. While teaching at the University of Wisconsin, he directed a Peace Corps training program for the Ivory Coast. Soon, he will return to Africa for further study.
