Harry J. Becker has wide experience in administration and planning in the fields of public health and medical care. He was Director of Child Welfare for the State of Nebraska; he served for seven years as Consultant in Medical Care Administration to the U.S. Children’s Bureau. Serving with the U.A.W.-C.I.O., he was Director of the Social Security Department and Associate Director of the Commission on Financing Medical Care. M r. Becker later became Vice-President and Director of Program Planning and Research of the National Blue Cross Association.
