Marion B. Folsom is a director and former treasurer of the Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester, New York. From 1953 to 1955 he was under secretary of the Treasury. He was a member of the New York State Advisory Council on Unemployment Insurance from 1935 to 1950, and is director of the National Bureau of Economic Research. During the 78th and 79th Congresses, he was staff director of the House of Representatives Special Committee on Postwar Economic Policy and Planning.
