Evolution in British Africa

Colin Leys, formerly a fellow and tutor in politics at Balliol College, Oxford University, 1956-1960, has been visiting fellow at Princeton University. He visited the Central African Federation five years ago on a grant from the Oppenheimer Benefaction, Oxford University, and is the author of European Politics in Southern Rhodesia and co-editor of A New Deal in Central Africa.
