Austin D. Swanson teaches mathematics and science at Ramapo Central School District Number One, in Suffern, New York. He has served as a consultant to the New York State Education Board Study, in 1959, and to the Delaware Survey of Fiscal Policy, in 1960, and is now Executive Secretary of Central School Study, an affiliate of the Institute of Administrative Research and a Committee of the New York State School Boards Association. Some of his projects have been published by the Institute of Administrative Research and as special reports of the Central School Study.
