Hubert Herring
Professor of Latin American Civilization, Claremont Graduate College and Pomona College
Hubert Herring has been Executive Director of the Committee on Cultural Relations with Latin America, Inc., since 1928. He has directed annual seminars in Mexico since 1926; in the Caribbean, Central and South America, since 1931. He is the author of Good Neighbors (1942), America and the Americans (1944), and A History of Latin America (1955).
