M. Margaret Ball, on the Wellesley College faculty since 1936, has been a student of regionalism since 1941. Her books include The Problem of Inter-American Organization and Nato and the European Union Movement. During sabbatical leaves, she has been engaged in research in Latin America, Europe and Asia. In 1960 she traveled in Mexico; this summer, she will visit South America in connection with a forthcoming book on inter-American organization. Miss Ball has also served as a specialist in international organization affairs in the U.S. Department of State (1943-1944).
