Allan S. Nanes, an international relations specialist, has taught at Brooklyn College, Hunter College and Hofstra College. Formerly with the United States State Department., he has worked for the Legislative Reference Service of the Library of Congress for five years, making studies and writing reports and speeches for various members of Congress. He has worked with the staff of the Senate Subcommittee on Disarmament.
