Khrushchev’s Agricultural Changes

Alvin Z. Rubinstein is editor of The Foreign Policy of the Soviet Union (Random House, 1960). He visited the Soviet Union in the summer of 1958, and again in 1960. A lecturer in government at City College of New York in the summer of 1956, he was a Ford Foundation International Relations Fellow, 1956-1957, at the Russian Research Center, Harvard University. Mr. Rubinstein is CURRENT HISTORY’S book review editor.
