Truman’s Global Leadership

Louis W. Koenigis the author of The Invisible Presidency published earlier this year, editor of The Truman Administration, and co-author, with Edward S. Corwin of The Presidency Today. He served in the State Department during the Truman administration and was a member of the foreign affairs task force of the first Hoover Commission. He has also been employed by the Bureau of the Budget.
