Alvin J. Cottrell, Instructor of Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania, is co-author of American-Asian Tenrims and Protracted Conflict, with Robert Strausz-Hupe, William R. Kintner and James E. Dougherty. He was one of the principal authors of the Foreign Policy Research Institute’s A Study of United States Military Assistance Programs in the Utedetdeveloped Areas, prepamd Dmper Conriikel and the amtion of the report On Watem Europe prepared for the Senate Foreign Kelations Committee. He has lectured at the Air War College and has served as a consultant to the Naval War College.
