Regionalism and World Federalism

Piotr S. Wandycz was born in Poland. During World War II he served with Polish Forces in Britain. He came to the United States in 1951; from 1952 to 1954 he was research associate at the Mid-European Studies Center, New York. He has received research grants from the Social Science Research Council, the American Philosophical Society and Indiana University. He is the author of Czechoslovak-P olish Confederation and the Great Powers 1940-1943.
