Paul Shipman Andrews was assistant attorney general of the United States from 1924 to 1927. From 1927 to 1952 he was dean of the College of Law, Syracuse University. In 1952-1953 he served as special consultant to the office of the Secretary of Defense. Active with the United World Federalists, Dean Andrews is a member of their national council and honorary chairman of the New York state branch. He is associated with the law firm of Andrews, McBride, Abend & Pomeroy.
