Quincy Wright served as consultant to the Foreign Economic Administration and the Department of State in 1943-1944, and as technical adviser to the United States representative on the International Military Tribunal, Nuremberg, in 1945. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. Mr. Wright’s books include Problems of Stability and Progress in International Relations. His most recent publication is International Law and the United Nations (1960). Mr. Wright is an associate of the Institute of International Law (Geneva) and past president of the American Society of International Law. He is Professor Emeritus of International Law, University of Chicago.
