Rising Costs of Public Welfare
Robert E. Hill is a member of the faculty of the University of Illinois where he is chairman of the First Year Programs of the Graduate School of Business Administration and an Assistant Professor of Finance. His teaching and research are in the fields of international economic accounting, financial analysis and policy, and investment. He is a member of the American Economic Association, American Finance Association, Southern Economic Association, National Planning Association, and the Association for Education in International Business. He is active in several social and professional organizations and is presently serving as national vice president of Order of Artus (Omicron Delta Gamma), honor society in economics.
