Hubert Herring has been Executive Director of the Committee on Cultural Relations with Latin America, Inc., since 1928. He has directed annual seminars in Mexico since 1926; in the Caribbean, Central and South America, since 1931. He is the author of Good Neighbors (1941), America and the Americans (1944), and A History of Latin America (1955).
