Captain Hart saw service in the British Army during the World War, and since then has earned a reputation as an out­standing military historian and critic. Among his works are Reputations—Ten Years After, The Real War, 1914-1918, and The British Way in Warfare (New York: Macmillan). He contributed to Current History for November, 1932, an article entitled “Pershing and His Critics.”
