The Menace to National Health

Dr. Tobey has been lecturer on pub­lic health at several of the larger Ameri­can universities and is an associate editor of the American Journal of Public Health. He has contributed to many periodicals and is the author o f several books, among them The Quest for Health and Riders of the Plagues.
