Former attache to the Chinese Embassy in Moscow from 1943 to 1945, Peter S. H. Tang is a member of the faculty of the Georgetown University Graduate School, in addition to his duties with the R.I.S.S.B. He is the author of Communist China Today: Domestic and Foreign Policies (Frederick A. Praeger, 1957) and Russian and Soviet Policy in Manchuria and Outer Mongolia (Duke University Press, 1959).
