Alvin Z. Rubinstein is a frequent contributor to Current History. In the summer of 1958, he visited the Soviet Union. A lecturer in government at the City College of New York in the summer of 1956, he was a Ford Foundation International Relations Fellow, 1956-1957, at the Russian Research Center, Harvard University.
