Soviet Policy in South and Southeast Asia

Alvin Z. Rubinstein is a frequent contributor to CURRENT HISTORY, and a recent visitor to the Soviet Union. He was lecturer in government at the City College of New York in the summer of 1956, and a Ford Foundation International Relation Fellow, Russian Research Center, Harvard University, 1956-1957.
