The Revolution in Southern Agriculture

Gilbert C. Fite has recently been appointed Research Professor of History at the University of Oklahoma. He has written many articles on the history of agriculture and farm policy. His books include George N. Peek and the Fight for Farm Parity; The Agricultural Regions of the United States (with Ladd Haystead); and Opponents of War, 1917-1918, published last year.
