Director of Information of the O.W.I. in Chungking, Hankow and Mukden, China, during World War II, he was Program Planning Officer of the E.C.A.-M.S.A. in Djakarta, Indonesia, 1951–1952, and Chief of the Indonesia branch of the T.C.A.-F.O.A. in Washington, 1952–1953. Currently he is participating in a senior seminar at Mount Holyoke on Atomic Energy: Its Uses and Social Implications.
