Leslie W. Dunbarhas also taught political science at Emory University. A Guggenheim Fellow, in 1954-1955, he has worked for the Atomic Energy Commission and is currently cooperating in a seminar at Mount Holyoke on the uses and implications of atomic energy with a physicist and an economist. This article was written before the termination of the annual 202 hearings before the Joint Committee.
