Kenneth E. Colton, now living in Japan, was an editor of “Japan Since Recovery of Independence”,93 November, 1956, a publication of The Annals of the American Academy of Political and Social Science. A former instructor in diplomatic history at Sophia University, Tokyo, Mr. Colton has served as research analyst and intelligence specialist with the Civil Intelligence Section, G-2, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers, Tokyo, and as a historian with the Civil Historical Section, SCAP. He is the author of a number of articles on Japan in American and Japanese periodicals.
