Russian Technology and American Policy

Hans J. Morgenthauwas born and educated in Germany. He has taught in many universities in the United States and Europe. During 1956-1957, he was Visiting Professor of Political Science at Yale and Columbia Universities. His latest books include Scientific Man vs. Power Politics, Politics Among Nations, and In Defense of the National Interest. Mr. Morgenthau has also served as consultant to the Department of State.
